
There are many ways people can improve their lives. Personally, I think that the three most important things we can do to improve our health and well being are sleeping well , eating healthy and exercising one hour per day. I think everybody should do these three things often because it makes both of your mental and physical health better.
For example, sleeping well will improve people’s lives because staying late could cause people tired during daytime . Therefore, I think it’s a good idea for people to sleep early everyday
Additionally, if people eating healthy , they will avoid heart disease and fat problems . Therefore, I think everybody should cook themselves at least three times a week.
Lastly, I think people will be much healthier if they do exercise . Because, by doing exercise , people improve their metabolism
It will also help them to get into shape.
So remember to sleep well, eating healthy and exercising whenever you have some free time. Your health and wellbeing will improve and you will be happier .
